Terms & Conditions
These terms govern storage rentals at WBCAD Storage, operated by W. B. CAD Solution Ltd (Registered in England & Wales No. 11789689).
1 · Governing law
These terms and any storage agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
2 · Service scope & confirmation
We provide self-storage units in four standard sizes. A rental comes into existence when we confirm your unit, start date and rate in writing following your enquiry submitted through this website.
3 · Payment terms
All amounts are stated and settled in euro (€). After your booking is confirmed we invoice you for the agreed weekly or monthly period. No long-term contract is required; continued rental is billed for each period you keep the unit.
4 · Access & risk
You access your unit with a personal PIN during extended access hours. Goods are stored at your own risk; the facility provides basic security and access management measures, and you remain responsible for insuring your goods and for locking your unit.
5 · Cancellation, changes & move-out
You may cancel or change your rental arrangement online in line with your billing cycle, and move out at the end of any paid period. Units must be emptied and left in good condition; we may charge reasonable costs for units left full or damaged.
6 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct losses is limited to the fees paid for the rental period concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for goods that are prohibited or improperly packed.
7 · Prohibited goods
Flammable or hazardous materials, perishables, live animals and illegal goods must not be stored. We may refuse or terminate storage of prohibited items in line with applicable law.
8 · Complaints & disputes
Complaints go first to support@wbcadsolution.com; we aim to respond within five working days. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it is decided by the courts of England and Wales.
9 · Privacy
Our processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
